XEROmotion has delivered its optical motion capture cameras, HALO S13, to Taihan Cable & Solution, one of Korea’s leading wire and cable manufacturers, and provided on-site system operation training for their engineers.

Motion Capture Environment Established at Taihan Cable & Solution’s Test Facility
Taihan Cable & Solution operates a precision test facility where various components and devices are evaluated and validated.
With the introduction of XEROmotion’s optical motion capture system, the company established an environment capable of precisely measuring movements on test rigs through a non-contact optical tracking method.

Test Environment Configured with HALO S13 Cameras
XEROmotion designed and configured the camera system based on Taihan Cable & Solution’s testing environment.
Multiple HALO S13 cameras were positioned from various angles, considering the test rig structure and capture range, enabling accurate tracking of target points without blind spots.
The compact and lightweight camera body allowed flexible installation even in limited spaces.
The high-output LED strobe provided stable marker recognition even in environments with mixed natural and artificial lighting, ensuring reliable motion data acquisition.

On-Site Training for System Operation
Along with the equipment delivery, XEROmotion conducted hands-on training for Taihan Cable & Solution engineers, covering:
HALO camera installation
System calibration
HELIX software operation
The training was performed directly on the actual test rig environment, enabling engineers to independently manage camera repositioning, recalibration, and future test operations without external support.
Complete Motion Capture Solutions from Setup to Operation
XEROmotion supports the entire process, from environment analysis and system design to equipment delivery, training, and practical application.
